America_Mrs. 5 Thank you for selling these difficult to find beans. In the U.S. we call these Butter Beans. Soak overnight, then soak again in boiled water for one hour, then drain, and finally put in a slow cooker with fresh water or unsalted stock. Cook up firm , but also creamy. Makes a lovely meal served with rice or cornbread. I grind smoked pepper and salt over them , then drizzle them with virgin olive oil before serving .
